Trulia, Facebook, Craigslist, Zumper, Go Section 8, SocialServe.com, Loacatour.com, and PAHousingSearch.com. WHEW! That’s a lot of listings! Once you’ve located a property(s) that you’re interested in seeing, all you have to do is click the link in the listing, choose an available date and time that works for you, and fill out a few brief qualifying questions. Your submitted request goes straight to our scheduling coordinator who will review your questionnaire and reach out to you via text message and email regarding the status of your request.

    Submitting An Application

    Once you’ve toured one of our properties your tour agent will send you a rental application if you’re interested in applying for the property. The application will be sent to you via text and email, where you can fill it out and submit it online quickly and easily. There’s no need to mail or fax us proof of income or any other accompanying documents. Simply upload them directly to our system through the link we provide you. We’re truly 100% paperless!

    Making Rent Payments

    When it comes time to pay your rent, you can log in to your Pro-Managed tenant portal and pay online in just a few minutes. You can even ensure you never forget to pay on time by setting up automatic monthly payments connected to either your bank account or a credit card.

    Scheduling Maintenance Requests

    A doorbell that won’t ding? A stove that won’t simmer? No problem! Simply log in to your tenant portal 24/7 to schedule a maintenance request. Once we receive your request, we’ll dispatch one of our maintenance team members and have the problem resolved as soon as possible.
